News from Pula Airport (LDPL PUY)
Finally fresh news from the airport Pula (PUY LDPL) which was closed due to the construction works for several months.
Today, March 11th, 2017, was officially opened runway on Pula Airport, after 16th January 2017g. closed for reconstruction, and we can only say that it looks superb.
Reconstruction work is done on time and to the highest standards and now we can welcome the first flights and happily enter into a new summer season in Croatia and accept on Airport Pula a lot of private jets, regular, low-cost and charter flights.
During the reconstruction of the runway also some work was made in the airport building and significantly increased throughput security check of passengers in the area of international departure. On the airport now we will have additional security check point at international departure area, and in total there will be four security check points. Final goal is to speed up the passenger security check process for 25%.
